Repeat Prescriptions

Patients on long-term medication can order repeat prescriptions in the following ways:

  • multicolour_pillsIn person - hand your repeat slip (the right hand side of your prescription) into the box on the wall on the right hand side as you enter the main door having clearly marked the items required. If you do not have a repeat slip you can write it on a piece of paper.
  • By post - send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope if you want it posted back to you.
  • Online - follow the link at the top of this page to complete a simple registration.

Please note to ensure an accurate and efficient service we do not accept telephone requests for repeat prescriptions.

Please allow three full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
