You may apply to register with the practice if you live within the Practice area and will be in the area for three months or more. When you register you will be allocated to the list of the doctor you choose, however, you are still free to see any of the other Doctors or Nurses in the practice if you choose to. Please bring your NHS card with you if you have one or request a registration form at the desk.
Please also complete a new patient questionnaire so that we have some of your medical details while we await transfer of your medical records.
If you are staying in the area for less than three months you may be treated as a temporary patient and will still remain registered with your own Doctor. Please contact us if needed.
