The above group has been formed with the object of hearing and acting on patients’ views and sharing community based information to enable the patients of the above practice to form opinions in the future planning of services.
The Group is interested in you the patient. What are your views on the Medical Practice?
Can they be improved or changed?
Areas you may like to consider for comment are:
|
The appointment system
|
Facilities available in Wick
|
The types of medical, nursing and social care provided |
These are just a few examples, you will probably have completely different topics you would like the Group to discuss and act upon - if so please let us know. Our job is to try and put into practice your ideas and wishes.
The Group will meet on a regular basis and consists at present of Mr Kenneth Henderson (Chairperson), Miss Anne Dunnett, Mr Jim MacAdie, Mrs Lyn Morrison and Mr Malcolm Smart. Contact can be made through the practice.
If you have anything you would like the Patient Participation Group to discuss, then please let us know and we will do our very best to help.
Remember - It is YOUR practice - get involved!
We look forward to hearing your ideas
